Pearl Millet Cookies/ Kambu Cookies/Bajra Cookies
Kambu / Bajra is rich in protein, fiber, phosphorous, magnesium and iron. Due to its rich composition of minerals and proteins, I always try to include millet atleast once a week in our diet. I usually make Ragi Porridge. This time I wanted to try a different millet, So bought Pearl millet flour as a change. I liked the Kambu dosa. But my kid doesn't like it that much. So I was looking for some other kid friendly recipes and adapted this recipe from here. This is the first time I'm using Millet flour in baking. Yummy healthy snack ready in 20 minutes.
