COOKIZZA - Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

                         Today May 15 - National Chocolate Chip day. Yeah, a day dedicated for kids favorite "Chocolate Chips". So I thought of doing something special instead of baking regular Chocolate chip cookies. When I came through this recipe in Sally's Baking Addiction,I simply loved the concept of Cookie pizza. Its super yummy and perfect for crowd. 

                     COOKIZZA - Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

  Yields: 12-inch cookie Pizza

All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Corn Flour           - 2 tsp
Baking Soda        - 1 tsp
Salt                      - 1/2 tsp
Unsalted Butter    - 3/4 Cup
Brown Sugar       - 3/4 Cup
Granulated Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Large Egg            - 1
Vanilla Extract      - 2 tsp
Chocolate Chips  - 1 1/4 Cup (Semi- sweet)


1. Pre-heat Oven to 350℉/180℃. Lightly grease your pizza pan. (I dont have Pizza pan, so I used base of Springform round pan*).
2. Combine flour, Corn flour, baking soda and salt. Whisk them together.
3. In a medium bowl add Softened butter and both sugars, cream it together using hand mixer.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract , mix it very well.
4. Gently add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mixing it in slow speed,add chocolate chips and mix it until combined. The dough will be thick and soft.
5. Transfer the dough to the greased pan and gently press it with your fingers until the dough completely reaches the edges.
6. Bake for 22-23 mins until its brown and crisp. Transfer it to the cooling rack and let it cool completely.


- Added few chocolate chips on top when the cookie is still form, just for looks.
- The cookies can be stored at room temperature for 3 days.
- *I baked half of the dough since I didn't use pizza pan.
- You can freeze the dough upto 3 months.
