Whole Wheat chocolate Chip Cookies

                    Cookies are our favorite. Especially my daughter loves chocolate chips. This is our go-to snacks whenever we going for a long trip. You can pack them to their school snack. Trust me, these cookies will be over within a day. These cookies are so chewy and delicious. 

Whole Wheat chocolate Chip Cookies

Whole Wheat flour                    - 1 Cup+2 tbsp
Baking Soda                             - 1/2 tsp
Brown Sugar                             - 1 Cup + 2 tsp
Granulated Sugar                       - 2 tbsp
Unsalted Butter                         - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract                           - 1 tsp
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips    - 1 cup
Milk                                         - 1 tsp
Eggs                                        - 1
Salt                                          - 1/4 tsp


  1. Preheat Oven to 375℉ and line the baking sheets with parchment paper. 
  2.  Sift together the dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Soda,Salt)
  3.  Cream together the melted butter and the sugars in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, Vanilla extract to it and mix well.
  4. Now pour the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mix and mix until its combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6.  Now scoop the dough to the baking sheets and bake for 11-12 mins.
  7. Let it cool completely in the baking sheet.


  1. You can double the recipe and freeze the dough.
  2. Chill the dough to avoid too much spreading while baking.
  3. You can sprinkle some chocolate chips on the top of the scooped dough right before baking for more chocolaty cookies.
