No Bake 2 Ingredient Quick Fudge

                                                        Quick fudge is one of the easiest desserts I have ever made. This is a foolproof recipe, just with 2 Ingredients.

No Bake Quick Fudge

                      Preparation Time: 8 mins  Total Time: 2 hours Refrigeration  Yields: 30 Squares

Ingredients:

Semisweet Chocolate Chips                   - 3 Cup
Sweetened Condensed milk(14 Oz)Can - 1

Procedure:

1. Preheat Oven to 350℉/180℃. Line an 8*8 square dish with aluminum foil and grease it with nonstick spray.
2.Using double boiler method, add the chocolate chips and pour in the sweetened condensed milk.
3.Stir them very well as they melt and you can no longer see the chips.
4. Remove the mixture and immediately transfer it to the prepared pan.

5. Cover it and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
6. Once it all set, remove it carefully and cut it into squares.

Notes:

1. You can add nuts/M&Ms/sprinkles on top before refrigeration
2. Store it at room temperature in Ziploc bags.

    1. Hi.. You do not need oven at all. You can just mix them using double boiler method on stove
      top(It's a method we use for melting chocolate.
      To use the double boiler, add water to the sauce pan , boil it and bring it to a simmer, then place the bowl(mixing bowl) on top and fill it with whatever you intend to cook or melt. The top bowl should fit perfectly but shouldn't touch the water.)
