Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

Brownies, the word itself can make me smile... We love brownies. Fudgy brownies are my daughter's favorite. But my husband prefers cakey-texture brownies. These brownies are so fudgy and delicious, that they will disappear in minutes. Can you see the fudginess? This recipe is adapted from Cafedelites.

Fudgy Cocoa Brownies
Preparation time: 10 mins     Cook time: 22- 25 mins    Yields: 16

        Unsalted Butter                     - 1/2 cup
        Olive oil                                - 1 tsp
        Granulated Sugar                  - 1 Cup
        Eggs                                     - 2
        Vanilla Extract                       - 2 tsp
All purpose flour                   - 1/2 cup
        Unsweetened Cocoa powder- 1/2 cup
         Salt                                       - 1/4 tsp

1. Preheat the Oven to 350℉/180℃. Grease and line an 8-inch baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Add oil and sugar to the melted butter in a mixing bowl and cream it together.
 3. Add eggs one at a time and whisk it very well, mix in the vanilla extract and give it a quick stir.

4. Now pour flour, cocoa powder, salt into this mixture and gently mix until it's combined. Make sure not to over mix.

5. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.

6. The crust will be crispy but in the center, it will be fudgy. So if you test the doneness by inserting a toothpick, it will come out unclean. Enjoy the fudgy brownies.
7. Cool it completely before cutting into pieces.

If you overbake it, it will become cake-like texture.
